Juliana took part in the Spear Programme in May 2019, and now works as a Greenlight Expert at Uber.

She says, “I believe in the Spear Programme’s ethos and mission, and the positive impact it has made not only on me as a person, but on the community that it operates in. This is the reason why I am proud to be a Youth Ambassador, advocating for the youth, and ensuring that they receive the same experience as I did.”
